There's a reason they are called "The Greatest Generation"--they are like steel-tempered in the fire, and hammered on the anvil of the Great Depression, then they rid the world of Hitler, Tojo, and Mussolini---

They came home and built the United States into the super power, never expecting anything other than a fair day's pay for a fair day's work. I know it pains them to see how far we've departed from the legacy they left us.
