    Ugh

Think I now know why I’m not liking the AR pistol so much. Suppressor dropped off today to send back for repairs, and going to see about sighting it in without the suppressor. Also, had picked up a Vortex Strike Eagle a couple of days ago, but it’s almost like somebody at the store glued the battery compartment together.

That looks like you need some sort of spanner wrench.

No clue to what that is…

Okay, looked it up but not sure what I would use it for on the suppressor.

          What caused that?

Assuming it had been used multiple times before ?

Looks like a nomad...ar pistol...did the bullet not stabilize or mount come loose? Also dead air has had problems with end cap holes not being centered

I’ve used it on several rifles and AR rifles before with no problems. We’re not sure what happened here, FFL is sending it back for repairs.

                  Apparently several baffles are damaged.

What caliber? What brand barrel? Had you used the can on this rifle without issues before? Or did you have issues sighting it in?

I’m betting you had minor strikes from the start. And then caught a bad one. What suppressor is it?

I’d reach out to ballistic advantage and have that barrel checked. Thread concentricity etc.

                          Factory ammo?

What muzzle device/mounting system are you using.

I'm betting the threads or muzzle device were not concentric
