    breakfast sausage

    Anyone got any good breakfast sausage recipes. I am wanting to make some out of deer and other things. Let me know. Thanks.

    What kind of breakfast sausage? Patty or link. My father has a great one for patty sausage.

      A lame as it sounds, I have used the Fiesta Pan Sausage seasoning with great results. I think it is 2 tablespoons of seasoning per pound of meat. I mix half ground pork and ground deer and then add some crushed red pepper flakes and it turns out great. I can only find the seasoning at Academy.

              If you have an HEB around, go to the butcher and ask what they have. The HEB where I am at had some already made up in little packets for around 1.50 each. Each packet mixed with 10 pounds I think.

                        We made 20 lbs of pan sausage this past weekend using Old Plantation seasoning. It came out very good. This was the first time making pan sausage so I can't compare to any other seasoning.

                              Legg polish kilbosa. Ground a hole doe mixed 1/3 pork stuffed put on pit at about 150 degrees for about 30 min just long enough to dry it a little
