Mortgage Refinance - New Records Interest Rates

The wife and I did the same thing with Bank of Texas. Dropped our rate and saved $200 a month. We redid 30 years because we will stay here a max of 5, and the amortization schedule only showed a tiny savings in interest by taking a shorter note. We have a new baby and like the buffer of extra cash now.
