    I’ll jump on this....currently 6’ and 200ish lbs. I was a hardcore gym rat at one point, now mainly do it to just maintain and be able to keep up with my kids.

    Sunday - Back
    Monday - Triceps and Abs
    Tuesday - Off day (Anniversary dinner)

    This afternoon will be legs and abs

      Today was a good gym day. Too bad I couldn't stay longer cuz I still had some juice left in the tank.

      Chest and back supersets. 3X10-12

      Bench press/bent over BB row inverted grip/hanging leg raise
      Incline DB press/overhead cable pull/ab roller
      Incline cable fly every setting to flat/v-bar pullup/incline situp

        Okay.... Duck hunting has taken priority the last couple days and will the next few.

          Ended up doing Bi’s and Abs yesterday, i think everyone in the gym had legs on their mind.

          Today will be shoulders and traps.

            Feels like I'm back in the running game, albeit the sloooowwww running game. Seeing some races scheduled for May this year so hopefully Covid will be down enough by then. Starting to feel like I've lost a few lbs which is a good start.

              It looks like I will finish the week with 5 workouts instead of my goal of seven. Since I started lifting 2x a week with some friends, it seems like something is always coming up to get in the way - everyone is sick this week. Just going to stay positive and stay the course. Have hit 4 CG workouts this week so far, and will knock out one more for the week tomorrow.

                I wasn't really in to it this morning, but got something done anyway.

                Shoulder and legs supersets. 3X10-12

                military press/leg extension/incline situp
                seated lateral raise/supersquat/hanging leg raise
                front raise/sled press/calf raises
                rear delt cable fly/prone leg curl

                  I had to go to work early so I got up earlier this morning. Wow, 0330 came awful early. 16 hour days are gonna be kicking my old arse.

                  Back day today. Hit it hard and fast to get out and off to work. Supersets with abs thrown in.

                  T-bar row/BB row inverse grip/hanging leg raise
                  Low row/overhead cable pull/ab roller
                  Lat pull down/bodyweight pullup

                    Alright..... Duck season is over....

                    Made it for a quicky this morning (I slept in) and knocked out a 10 min warm up and a 3 SS of chest and tris.

                    Big swing for healthy eating agreed upon from me and the mrs also!

                          Yesterday was 45 mins of cardio and core.

                          Throwing a brisket on the smoker and then headed in for legs

                            It looks like my week is over. I had oral surgery yesterday and they don't want me doing anything strenuous until Saturday.

                            I did manage to get three in this week - 2 CG's and a weight session. Chest and tri's:
                            Bench and decline bench - barbell
                            Incline bench - dumbbells
                            Bench dips
                            Barbell skull crushers
                            Tricep kick backs
                            Diamond pushups
                            Single arm triceps

                              Legs are done.... I'm going to have trouble squatting on the toilet the next 2 days after that work out

                              Shoulders and possibly core manana but will probably just do cardio and core Saturday

                                Another day of sleeping in and almost making a excuse not to go in. Made it happen though for a quick 35 min workout.

                                Shoulders and some cardio.

                                Tomorrow should be cardio and core.
