          Maaaaan all the photos I saw had Dylan turning that crank. I see she let Dad in for his one photo-op and then let him get back to the hog rings....

                      The end product looks perfect! Trouble is, this series of pics is a good illustration of why they say you don't want to see how the sausage is made... When I saw that pic of the tub of meat, my first thought, was, "Dang, it's already got the corn in it for texture!"... Those little cheese pieces stirred up in all the sausage looks just like an "after" pic!

                      How long did you smoke it? What wood? You put "cure" in it or just mix in small batches, stuff, smoke? I gotta try this.
