Selling A Boat To Someone Outside The State

Has anyone sold a boat to someone outside of Texas? I'm curious if there's anything besides the normal paperwork that needs to be done. I've seen where you can notify the state online when you sell a boat or motor, so I will be doing that regardless.

They dont have to register motors there if I remember correctly. The only thing I had to sign other than titles was some transfer paperwork from Tx to La
