I did one last week about same size. I used yellow mustard all over to keep spices on then used traeger coffee rub I had around and spoked at 180 for about 4hrs.

I did not brine it. It happened to say in fridge overnight by accident as my wife's horse decided to roll over on her. So between 600mi of driving between Rocksprings and Kerrville I was unable to smoke till next day. Turned out fantastic.
