My BIL got a nice Sambar bull this morning. I just got back to the stand a few minutes ago. I saw a couple of Sambar cows on the road but nothing out of my stand so far. I may move this afternoon . There was another Sambar bull and a whitetail buck at the skinning rack when I dropped off my BIL earlier.

When we left last night one guy in the compartment next to us had a huge Sambar bull on the rack. There were a couple of Sambar cows brought in yesterday, and a nice axis in velvet along with a whitetail buck.

Hope you get to share some pics! That's a dream hunt!

How many showed up for the draw and how many were chosen.

Doug,

there were 65 folks on 35 cards in the bucket. Dan drew 5 cards. I really want to hunt down there. Maybe next year.

Me too, wish you would have got picked! I haven't tried any of the stand by stuff but may have to start.

A couple of the standbys were singles, and I think a double. Which is why he drew so many.
