Burger Night

I hadn`t fired up the Blackstone griddle in a while, so I made some of my brisket H.B. patties that I grind and heated it up. I added some jalapeno muenster cheese, my home made bacon, sliced avocado, lettuce and tomato and grilled the buns. The crust on the meat was fabulous to say the least.

I tried a fried egg one time on my burger and was not that impressed. NOW. I really like a fried egg on a BLT sandwich.

Best burger imo is our home grind, 60/40 venison bacon ends 1/3 pound medium.....

It was. Better on the griddle than on my Weber by far.

Looks good. These were some venison burgers at deer camp. Pretty simple. Venidon/bacon. Cheap buns. Cheddar and mushrooms. But we thought it was heaven. I failed to take picks of the time before with venison chili on top.

Looks so good, but you messed it up by putting the veggies on the bottom! Just kidding, but if my burger has the veggies on the bottom, I turn it over and eat it upside down haha. I dont know why it bugs me
