I love how as guys we just back what we need and figure the rest out as the trip happens. A large clothes bag, hunting bag, weapon, and that is about it. If it was my wife packing she would have 5x the amount of stuff in that pic!

Island Safari. Have you been up there? I fly into Deer lake Newfoundland.

I’ve bear hunted out of deer lake. I saw more moose than bear. The locals all kill a moose, and think we were crazy to want to kill a big bull. They shoot cows and “yearlings” from the highway, and the LEOs will help them Load it.
There are lots of mature bulls. And some are as impressive as those in interior Canada. Good luck! Post picks, please.
