Default Withdrawals

The first month of season pigs were keeping me busy. Were kind about running off the doe and fawns at quiting time and generally kept me from shooting deer I shouldn't by sacrificing themselves.
Now the white oaks are dropping the average amount but pretty small in size acorns that are much preferred to corn and pigs aren't as regular. Now I'm having withdrawals.

I’m LOVE to shoot pigs with my bow. I can’t imagine not having them around myself. They do some damage to my hay fields, but I don’t complain too much!

Up until this week I had been shooting poorly so I took my compound this weekend and killed a couple in the dark. Fun but not as satisfying. I think I'm back on track and will take the longbow this weekend.
