Anyone seeing any rut activity going on?

My lease is 5 miles west of Hamilton pool. This weekend I saw a couple young bucks messing with the girls. I did see one really good 10 cruising and checking a group of does that were in front of me. But he was not running anything.

Bucks scraping, cruising and checking all the does
Sat. was the most all day game activity I have seen in years.
Rain, cool, a dark day and major solnar period was midday.

Neighborhood bucks have been cruising and chasing here south of dripping Springs for a week. My summer regulars are off somewhere else and I’ve seen 4 new bucks this week at the house. My buddy down the road has seen 6 or 7 new bucks this week and several chasing big time.

Saw 3 young bucks harassing does today. Wouldn't say rut yet but definitely getting close. Right now it's young boys hoping for their first.

Our bucks have split up and are moving around, but as of last night are still coming into the hand corn. Lot of action yesterday as far as deer movement.

I think this weekend it will be on with full moon Thursday.

About to get real good in Angelina Cty. Reports and pics from our place are lots of deer movement, does being pushed, and quiet a few bucks being seen during daylight hours.
