Found Treasure in Attic!

Not really treasure, but still pretty cool. We have a contract on our house that we are selling and I was up in the attic. I came across an old box and brought it down with me. I was surprised to find it full of baseball cards....many unopened. I also found a super Nintendo in the box with everything in it. I had no idea it was up there. Pretty cool... I was a big card collector as a kid in the late 80's and early 90's and these are from that era. I haven't had a chance to go through them. I doubt they are worth much.

Ha! When I was young my friend collected baseball cards. About once a week he would buy an entire box (24 packs) from the store and I would get all the gum because he didn't like it. My Mom was mad when the dentist told her I had 7 cavities that needed fillings! I wasn't really happy either.

The Star Wars cards are from 1980 and seem to have a little value to them but not sure if I'm looking them up right.

My wife looked up the 1980 Dukes of Hazard cards and they look to all be worth $1-$2 each and there are 50-60 of them. I'm still digging through everything.

My mom has my binders of baseball and football cards. Probably should look through them at some point. No telling how much money I spent on those and Beckett price guides.
