    Woodsey Too grease fiitings

Has anyone ever replaced the grease fittings on their Woodsey tree stands?

I picked up 4 stands off of Craigslist and they are corroded and need to be replaced. What size are they?

    Thanks

No idea. Can it be taken out and go to the auto parts store and just match it?

Probably. Just thought someone might know offhand.

Pretty sure grease zerts are a standard size. There is also a tool designed specifically tfor them that includes a thread tool in case you need to retap the hole.

They are not a standard size. There are several different sizes. You need to remove one, take it to an auto parts store, and match to replace.

I'd have to look at mine, but I thought I remembered them being welded in place?

I was able to easily remove 4 off the first stand with a 5/16 crescent wrench
