His name is Will Patton and I think he is one of the best “actors nobody has ever heard of” for his time. I try to watch anything he appears in.

Interestingly enough, the first time I saw him, he was in a 1980s flik with Kevin Costner and Gene Hackman where Kevin Costner is a Naval officer stationed at the Pentagon who is involved in uncovering a Russian mole in the DoD named Uri. Can’t remember the title of the movie but it was very good.
