Felt hat style “The Gus”

I was looking at getting a new hat but wanted a different style than the others. I got to looking at the “Gus” shape. I was just curious if anyone else had this shape and if you could post a picture of what it looks like on?

I took my lid soaked in hot water and pushed the top out. Then...eventually pinched the front to only one ridge. I rocked the twin split up front but opted out when it kept leaving a camel toe in my short hair. If youve longer hair...it may just leave a moose knuckle up front.

I also rock a bit more of a ranger brim than cowboy brim. Sheds water better IMO.

I don't have a pic of it on but I had Texas Hatters in Lockhart make me a "Gus". Check out their website, they made most (if not all) the hats for Lonesome Dove. JJW also wrote a song about em.
