          I was told it is almost impossible to title a home built trailer these days Did you have any issues getting it registered.

            I would put a bulldog hitch just my two cents. I have seen to many of those come lose and pulling that kinda money around no thanks. Nice build though!

              Old Blue, I guess it depends on your county I have several including welding trailer and no issues in rural counties.

                  Nice Work. By all means I'm not trying to negatively critique the awesome job you did. I just thought I might point out some high stress risers I see in you design. You might want to periodically inspect the joints at the tongue. (blue arrow) I could see some stress cracks forming in this area over time and I'd hate to see your SxS go skipping down the road. If you do see any signs of fatigue you could easily fix if by extending the tongue further back under the trailer to distribute the stressed more evenly. (Like the Red Lines)

                          I had some of the tubing already but overall I’m guessing around 475-500 half the fun is taking ideas from other designs and making it fit your needs, as always I appreciate all the comments!
