    Smoking a wild pork ham

    Using a pellet smoker. What is the best flavor wood pellet to use?

      I just use lumberjack or B&b completion blend

        I’m not picky. I use whatever brand I can get my hands on but I tend to stay away from the fruity BS and stick to oak pellets. Or a blend of hard woods. It’s all swept up processed saw dust out of the mill floor anyways.

                  I'm the same I usually only use hickory or mesquite though

                  Last one I did I smoked for a few hours then into a foil pan with some apple juice and covered in foil until pull apart tender, makes great tacos.
