Use the same website I attached and check the box for civil twilight. This is when the sun is still low enough that it isn't sunrise but high enough to cast enough light to lighten things up.

Most weather apps already have sunrise & sunset times.

"First light" is usually 25 minutes before sunrise. "Last light" is usually 25 minutes after sunset. Obviously cloud cover will change things slightly.
