Blood work showed no elevation in white count but big elevation in liver enzymes. Going to do ultrasound on liver and have IR look at g/j tomorrow. Also, starting on antibiotics to be safe.

Have to wait to be off food for four hours before they can do the ultrasound.

No official report yet. But looks like she has a gal stone. Treating with medication and eventually will need gal bladder removed if medication doesn’t treat it completely.

Lord, we ask for your touch on our Macie. Dissolve that gal stone and remove it completely. Comfort our Macie and Kieli and Brian, bless the doctors, nurses, staff, and caretakers that watch over our girl. We thank you for Macie and we pray all this in the name of Jesus, amen.

Doc just came in. Holding feeds. Getting surgery consult for pocket of fluid around button site. Ultrasound results show definate gal stones but no swelling of the area. The tube that goes from liver to stomach (bilary tract) blood count is very elevated along with liver enzymes. Going to also talk to GI here (Dr Chiou) for consult on her numbers.
