This is some of the best mushrooms I have ever had. Basically just pull stem out and stuff with Jalapeno cream cheese and warp with a whole piece of bacon and season with the spice you like. Make sure and use several tooth pics and keep the bacon tight, if not the cream cheese will come out. You can start on the pit and then bring to oven and put on broil just for a bit to get the bacon a little more crispy.
