Six year old grandson decided he wanted to hunt. I still have his Mommas little HR 223 so we have been shooting for a week. Headed out Thursday afternoon to the lease. Had a lot of rain some sleet and about 3 inches of snow. Saturday was a little slow but he got it done this morning. I've had a cull 8 that pretty much lives at my feeder and he showed up this morning. One shot and done. His first deer is on the books. Wonderful time and a lifetime of memories.
