Just acquired this Traditions 50 cal MZ from another TBH member & decided to target shoot it this afternoon & then pig hunt with it at the lease.
While sitting over a creek funnel, a non typical buck came down the trail & was suddenly alert & bolted off.
Then this bobcat appeared on the trail standing broadside but as I brought up the MZ it square up to me.
I pulled the trigger & a cloud of smoke appeared. The wind quickly blew it away & there laid the cat dead.
The 250 gr bullet/sabot combo had struck him in the right eye & excited the back of his neck.
He weighed about 32 lbs & was 56” long when fully stretched out.
