Haven’t laid eyes on a single deer.
Don’t have a pic yet off of any of my camera.
Sun just came out behind the clouds. Wind is stiff out of the North.

Hope you all connect. Loved my Kansas hunt. Didn't shoot a beast or anything, BUT, they ARE there.
I would think moon phases personally. coming off the full almost back to new. May be moving in that 9-11 area, but bedding slightly longer due to the sudden temp change and heavier wind. At least until hunger starts knocking.
Maybe 12-3 for the next few days?

Warmed up to 40 degrees
Wind is down to 15 and supposed to slack off to 13 MPH by dark.
Had a yearling come thru earlier and feed for a bit.
Hoping this evening produces more deer sightings than this morning.
It’s always tough hunting a new lease the first year. But I’ll take it any day if the week.Comment
