Colorado Co. land purchase

My wife and I closed on a small 1.56 acres tract in Sheridan yesterday. Property had a 30 x 40 building on it with electricity and water in place. Septic will be in within two weeks. We will maintain a small footprint here in Bryan/College Station until she retires in a year and a half or so. She will continue to handle the real estate needs of her clients and referrals. That includes folks here if needed. We will plan a retirement home there for when that time finally comes. Changed the locks today and put up a security camera.

Matter of fact, we’re headed to Sheridan in a few minutes to feed my fiancé’s parents animals while they are out of state.
