Need help......Bachelor Party Ideas

I'm looking for suggestions for a Bachelor Party. Not my wedding, I've been there and done that for over 10 yrs now....so save all of those remarks. I'm just having to help plan/organize a trip.

Ideal trip scenarios listed below:
When: 1st weekend of March 2019
Where: Anywhere in Texas or Louisiana
What: Anything Outdoors (Fishing/Hunting although hunting options may be limited at this time of year)
How Many: Looking to host a group of 6-8 guys

Just did one last year for a buddy of mine. We are all in our 30's, most married and kids already. We decided to rent a place for the weekend on Lake Travis. Grilled steaks, drank beer, swim, ski, jam to some tunes, and played golf. Nice weekend getaway for the group without the wives and kids.

I went to one many years ago where they rented an automated clay bird thrower. They just set it up in a pasture. It was a lot of fun, but only for a few hours.

I went surf fishing for mine and we all had a blast. A trip to Louisiana to bay fish/bowfish reds at night would be fun too. For hunting on a budget where there’s no pressure and everyone can be together is a ram hunt.

Then when the sun set and backpage was still a thing the entertainment came out

For my brother, we went to a bay house to drink and fish. Luckily my brothers boss had a house on one of the islands near bird island/king ranch shoreline and we used my boat as a water taxi.

We had a blast fishing the lights at night and drinking during the day. Just make sure someone is responsible just Incase something happens.

I wasn't officially invited. A few of us just showed up and drank cold ones for a while.

Man, I would load up, head to Louisiana, and spend one day fishing for reds and one day at the casino!

Or push it out a couple weeks, and do a turkey hunt with nice lodging.
