Looking to get a barrel threaded

Is this the guy you have to mail your guns to or does he have a shop you can walk into. Buddy had a couple done by someone in the area but he had to mail them rather then drop them off. I have a couple I need done.

He prefers it mailed. I have had him do a little work for me Morgan is good at it. I lived close to him and know him so I was able to drop it off and pick it up in a couple days. But he is setup as a shop without storefront or access, mail works and he just ships it back to you.
