Two more “sleeps” before it’s gone. He’s a trooper!

It’s gone! He’ll be in a splint that we can remove so he can swim in the pool and actually take a real bath. Next surgery is tentatively scheduled for later this year. Thanks again for the prayers.

Little update, Hunter’s been in a brace and we hoped we were getting it off today. The bone growth is slower than expected so he has four more weeks with the brace. He’s back in school and loving it! The scar looks great considering, but the brace is rubbing causing a sore under his pinky. I’m working to try to stop it. He’s taking it all like a champ! Thanks again everyone!
