No plumbing required!
Our archery club installed a 250 gallon rain water collection tank last fall. It's great because we have no running water and everything must be "temporary" per our lease rules. And now that we have access to water, I decided we needed to up our game!
All the material was scrap and destined for either the trash or burn barrel, except the conduit clamps, which were a total of $8.
A discarded frame that used to have a canopy we kept over my outdoor grill, two lengths of 3/4" conduit pipe, two empty 1 gallon bleach jugs, two 1x4" boards that were removed from a deconstruction project, a little spray paint and strips of skateboard tape, and a fence board:
