Gathering Information for a Meat Hunt .. Mid - November 2021 Season. Here is what I'm looking for:

1. Rifle Hunt
2. Bunkhouse Lodging or an area to Tent Camp .. Bring/Cook your own food
3. Maximum $ 600
4. Within 2 - 3 hour Drive of San Antonio. Example: Rocksprings area
5. Whitetail/Axis/Fallow Doe .. No Goats or Ram ( I have enough of them on the wall).

Dang....$150 a Doe....that's about as cheap as it gets.

$200 per WT doe and $300 per Axis/Fallow
Went with him last year for a meat hunt! No lodging on site but plenty of nice Airbnbs nearby Plenty of animals, nice blinds and very close to San Antonio.

You are planning way too cheap especially with tons of Axis does dying during the freeze. Up your price to $1,200 for 2 does and you will get some responses.

$1200 for 2 Axis Does ... Might as well go buy a Cow... I understand (Got an Environmental Degree with Wildlife Mgt ... ) die off from weather buts that just as bad as overpriced Ammo ...
