    Today's project

    3000 Gallon water tank.
    It's poly not fiberglass.
First one we've built. Have a few changes I'd make in the second or upgrades I might do this one...

    Overall I like it.

I've got @ $350 wrapped up in it so far.

Cool. I’ve got one I need to get started on. It’s only 1000 but it’s big enough.

I need to build one of these myself. Can anyone give some insight where you find these tanks for such a great price.

                I got mine from Iowa.
My brother works there. It's a scrap blind.

We used triangle shaped hinges. Next one I'd use square.

We still need to put handles on the windows. That way we can hold on to them when putting them in or taking them out

Curious why you didn’t put hinges on the windows so they can fold down. It looks to be difficult to put them back in place after removing them.

                    This. Plexiglass with hinges.

Our thought was since it's round the hinges will bind and not allow the window to open or close. Also the window will curve inside the blind and that might interfere with a bow shot.

So far the difficulty comes in holding the window in place. To counter that we are planning on putting a handle on the window.
We used fender washers on the outside of the blind to hold the latches on. We was hoping they'd be big enough to keep the windows in place. They're not

Put a little heat on plexiglass and bend it to match the curve.

After you use it a few times, you’ll probably see some things you want to change. It will sure be nice on a cold, rainy day !
