Loud Arrow Rest HELP

[I shoot Rage]

I havent noticed it too bad until this past hunt when there wasnt a breath of wind and it was a silent morning. I drew back on a doe and my arrow was crazy loud on my rest. I had wrapped some camo tape on the rest a couple years ago to make it more quiet.

I shoot a Matthews Drenalin with a Matthews Drop away rest. Arrows are Maxima (the super lights) 2 year old model.

The setup is awesome and I have loved this bow and everything. Just need to find a way to keep the noise down on draw back.

Any picture of what you have done to your rest would be much appreciated.

rip out the guts of a section of paracord should slide right over the rest ..... works for me

Yup, or a little but of that rail lube for crossbows.
