I’ve said for a long time that I was going make one. I guess after your video I’ll have to give it a go.

                      Ultimate Venison Meatloaf Recipe
2 lbs ground venison (use the ground meat of your choice here)
                      1 small onion, minced
                      2-3 cloves garlic, minced
                      1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup ketchup, plus more to top the meatloaf
                      2 eggs
1/4 cup Parmesan Goldfish crackers, roughly crushed
                      Salt and pepper, to taste

Saute onion and garlic until soft, set aside to cool
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and work together thoroughly with clean hands
Let the mixture set for about 15-30 minutes
Form into a football shape, then top with ketchup

Bake, grill, or smoke at 350° until you reach an internal temperature of 160°

                      Slice and serve
                      Making this tomorrow!

Well here it goes. I usually use a spicy mustard/vinegar top so this is new for me. I followed recipe and used whataburger spicy ketchup for top. I just put on the egg. Any idea how long to cook at 350?

It was good but I think I will go back to my original topping which is a spicy mustard and vinegar.
