Default a few prayers please

If I could ask a small favor, please say a prayer for my wife today as she undergoes knee surgery. She is having a partial knee replacement.

Last fall, she started having severe pain in her left knee and the local doctor said it was a torn meniscus and did surgery the next day. Unfortunately, she has continued having pain.

So we finally went to another doctor who came highly recommended . Said most patients need full knee replacement, but she should only need a partial.

Please pray that all goes well .

Thanks.

Great news about your wife with everything going well, and prayers for her continued healing. Church friend of mine went through this a couple of months ago. It was painful to just watch him try to go up a couple of steps. After his knee surgery and physical therapy, he now carries guitars, amps, etc. up steps no problem. He says now no knee pain, and only wishes he had done surgery sooner. Pass this along to your wife for encouragement if it will help, God bless.

Thanks again, the prayers really help. She had a little problem with nausea from all the painkillers. I was afraid she wasn't going to be released. But we got it under control and left Austin about 4:30. Took a different route home since IH 35 was closed due to protesters .

She is continuing to do well. It is really amazing what they can do now for knees. She only had a partial knee replacement ,which it sounds like it is not very common. But when we got home she was scooting around the house pretty good with her walker.

Thanks, so far she has been really diligent.

Plus , expecting 1st grandbaby in September, so she wants to be ready for that. (and getting back to fishing). Last night she went online and ordered some popping corks.
