I'm ready, headed up 28-30 Sept, camp a couple nights at the Shepherd Annex and do some deciding on stand spots. The again for a day later in October.

I hope you guys get a freeze prior to the hunt, mosquitoes were bad this past weekend. I was sprayed down with 40% deet and they were still getting to me. They were the worst in Harris, probably because it was early and the first unit I hit. Didn't see a thing

Going to do my best to get out on Saturday and get some scouting in. Hoping the rain will hold off for the first half of the day. I've got several areas marked on the maps that look promising.
