        That looks good Bisch, but my wife would put a bandaid on it and let it go back to the woods.[emoji16] She's getting better though.

            My wife used to say the same thing! I finally convinced her it was venison and not beef, and needed to be rarer. Now she would'nt have it any other way!

                ... it’s aged.... it don’t have that much raw/uncooked. Fresh out the deer and grilled. Heck yea! It will bleed
