Beginner Camara for wife

Looking for a good starter camara for my wife. Looking at the Nikon D5600. All I put on brand, quality and good recommendations are appreciated.

That would be a good starter camera for sure. Also, you might look at the Canon Rebel series if you're comparing brands. Canon and Nikon are like Ford and Chevy, some people will swear by one or the other, but they both generally get the job done.

I liked my Pentax k-50 when I had it. It was waterproof and took good pictures.
