1 st movie:
Cars 2.
There was a guy that wanted everyone to use his only fuel since it was environmentally sound. Than he aimed a ray at the cars during the race and they broke down

2nd movie:
Rampage
3 animals came into contact with a man made gene that had been manipulated. George was a Gorilla. He got huge and had other strengths. The company that made the stuff added some bat DNA. That made them home in on a signal. The signal was on top of a building in Chicago. The 3 animals wouldn't stop till they got to the signal.
