What are you looking for in a deck.
You might be shocked by the quotes you get. I think lumber has started to come back down, but dagum trying to build anything out of it is pretty costley.

A large one. 2 levels. Definitely not a basic deck. I’m capable of doing it slowly over time but wanna see what it would cost to have someone come bang it out.

They did my parents deck and patio extension. It was done probably 10 years ago and they have had 0 issues.

I paid $3800 for a basic 16x20 deck with tin roof last year in Rocksprings. I talked to the contractor while he was doing work on a friend's place ... It would be 10-13ZK now
