Not sure what my longest has been, but my watch says I do around 30,000 steps a day. Not sure what that equates to. And I would guess substantially more when hunting.

I used to regularly run 3-5 miles a day. Now I drive to my cousins house two streets over.

For me it is not the miles but the elevation changes especially if I hike on the first day. Toughest was from Los Pinos trailhead to moon lake when I was in my 50s. I thought I was accomplishing something but 3/4 of the way up an octogenarian couple passed me. I have only one speed Slowww, but still.
