Wanted to update this thread as I hadn't posted in a while.

We recently closed on the sale of this Callahan ranch - and I think the new owners got a great one. This was a great place and a lot of fun to improve.

We had the opportunity to trade into a property much closer to Midland, and timing worked out for everyone involved. My new place is near Barnhart and I will start a new thread of the projects in the works out there.
