I have hundreds of live oak and post oak trees with yaupons growing around them...will that monster of your clear them out pretty easy?

It will make quick work of them. Cleared under these live oaks earlier this year.

I don't hire out my forestry mulcher, but I might have to trade out a little local clearing for some hog hunting rights.
