    Your "fixed" is dyslexic.

This one survived. I just don't know for how long... Saw him at the end of the season a couple of times/weekends and he was getting along well enough I wasn't going to mercy kill him. No idea who shot him as this blind and feeder was about 120 yards from a fenceline. We didn't see any deer the next year in the area that favored him so who knows.

Uh...well, ah...yes. Tipper died a natural death at 12 years of age.

Riflr is good. Hunter hurried his shot!

Manbun would have put him down.

Kidding but that’s pretty crazy. Goes to show there just aren’t any 100% rules in hunting.

LOL. Me too. I almost exclusively shoot in the ribs and lose zero meat. They will run but not very far with a huge blood trail.

WTH?? You actually hunt? All this time I thought you were just the muscle!

Congrats on the 10! Nice buck!

My son shot a 10 dead square in the front shoulder opening weekend with a .270 and we never found him. I saw the shot, the deer did a back flip, and then ran into the brush. Left me scratching my head.

He immediately dropped, then got up and ran off ! He ran behind brush, and I could not see where he went. No blood . This ranch has some of the thickest, thorniest brush you can ever imagine so I figured we would see buzzards in a few days.

Two weeks later, he shows back up, and a friend snapped this picture. I wish he would have shot him! He appears to be doing fine, but I am sure the would will get infected. That is the exit hole!

I was told that a hunter shot the wounded buck Saturday. He said the shot was just enough high to miss his spine.

Get a 6.5 Creedmoor, it will blow them to the ground!
