    Snake ID needed

Saw this snake in SouthEast Texas . It was climbing in a dead bush. And it tasted like chicken. . It was about 20” long. What kind of snake is it?

Lunch and is no more in your spot. vyper heavily deathly poison end of the world serpent. But if it tastes like chicken, I want one.

            I’m with him

Ain’t dead enough. Glad to see I’m not the only one who ain’t into snakes. Sorry guys. I’m basically afraid of 2 things, needles, it undertakes effort for me to give blood and I get light headed. Second is snakes. I gotta kill em in fear of them doing a sneak attack on me.

I am afraid of needles too, but with snakes just walk away.
