Great Weekend in South Texas

My son got to witness his first ever harvest, and he was pumped! We walked up to this management buck and quickly realized we need to get help loading the deer. This deer was nearly 290 pounds on the hoof and field dressed 238.5 pounds. We took him to Los Cazadores and should be tough to beat. We have a low fence pasture on a big ranch in Freer, Texas and had an unbelievable weekend. We ended up killing 6 management/cull bucks with an average weight of 202 pounds!

The ranch came and got the cape. The deers neck was 32 inches, and they said a large neck is 27 inches.
