    Watch Your Step

    Watch Your Step
And having shod your feet in preparation Ito face the enemy with the
firm-footed stability, the promptness, and the readiness produced by
the good news of the Gospel of peace.
    -EPHESIANS 6:15
In warfare, soldiers protect their feet so they can stand and fight the
enemy. Paul tells us that we must walk in peace in order to defeat
Satan's attacks. To have peace in your life, you have to be a peacemaker
and a peace maintainer. You can't just wait for peace to fall upon you.
The psalmist instructs us to pursue, inquire for, crave, and go after
peace (Psalm 34:14). If you want peace badly enough, you will make
Whatever changes you need to make to see that you get it. For instance,
it you're stressed-out all the time and exceeding your limits, you need
to cut a few things out of your life and restore your peace.
Satan is an expert at stealing our joy and getting us upset so we lose
our peace and he can overpower us. When we are being aggravated by
the devil, we are to remain constant and fearless (Philippians 1:28).
Keep your eyes on God and trust in Him, and He will take care of the
situation. When the enemy is coming against us, the most powerful
thing we can do is refuse to let it upset us and instead walk in peace.
Lord, thank You for the peace You've given me through the
good news of the Gospel. Help me to walk in peace and joy.
    Amen

These tidbits are always spot on and very timely. Joy is a choice and satan looks for every opportunity to steal that from us. I think I’ll choose peace and joy!

Peace and peace of mind are hard to come by these days! The enemy(s) use our anger, fear and stress to manipulate us.

Peace, it doesn’t mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be “Calm in your Heart”.
I read this recently and thought I’d share.
