***Ladder Stand Build***
Last year I purchased a really nice bundle of hunting blinds, feeders etc from a member. After sorting everything out I ended up having a few leftover parts for a couple of tripods so ideas started coming to mind. I had a tripod platform leftover and have always liked the amount of foot room they provided so the idea of a ladder being added to it came to mind! Well it's been almost a year and while moving setups around on our home property I ran across an older ladder stand that just didn't have much space to stand. After a little fabrication I came up with this. 18" from base of platform to top of seat. Added chain links to the sides for easy strapping support! Back plate area of tripod base hinges up. I placed this slot in the back in case the tree circumference interfered any. Now I can't wait to set it up and shoot something!
