New bow....I feel kinda dirty! :)

About a month ago, I went into our local bow shop to shoot some of the new bows they had in.

I’ve been a Hoyt shooter for a long time and really like ‘em. I was planning on walking out with another new one.

I don’t like change much but I made the mistake of shooting the new Mathews VXR just for the heck of it. I fell in love with it after the first shot. It was over at the second arrow. Lol

I went back to the desk and said I want one. They all know I love me some Hoyt and we’re kinda surprised. Lol.

This VXR is amazing....Zero hand shock, beyond quiet and extremely stable. I was very impressed.

So here she is. Mathews VXR 31.5 in the new Ambush Green. This color is sick.

I had to personalize the bow so, I got the custom engraving done on the rest, when I ordered it from Hamskea. I had one of my favorite Bible verse engraved on it(Psalm 121 :1-2).

No. They didn’t have a Traverse in stock. I’ve heard great things about it though.
The VXR wasn’t top heavy to me. I shot it with no stabilizer and it just set there after the shoot.
