Astounding. China has always had a huge advantage in economics/spying with the marriage of their government and business, but man that's some super spy level stuff. It makes stuxnet kind of look like amateur work.

This should be a big warning for the US.

Pretty sure my cell phone has one of these chips in it. Why else would it be dropping calls all the time.
